By submitting any song, beat, or audio material to DistriNow, you affirm and guarantee that you own full rights to the content, including but not limited to composition, lyrics, production, and recording. If you do not own the rights, you must have obtained explicit written permission from the rightful owner(s).

2. Grant of License

You hereby grant DistriNow a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to distribute, promote, and monetize your content through all digital platforms and music stores.

3. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the legality and originality of the content you upload. DistriNow disclaims any liability for any legal disputes arising from the distributed content. You agree to indemnify and hold DistriNow harmless from any claims, damages, or legal actions.

4. Content ID and Protection

If you activate Content ID protection, you authorize DistriNow to register your music with content protection systems and monetize any matching content found online.

5. Revenue Sharing and Payments

Revenue generated from your distributed content will be shared according to the payout terms specified in your DistriNow account. Payments are made via PayPal or other available payment methods, after deducting platform fees if applicable.

6. Prohibited Content

Content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or infringes upon the rights of others is strictly prohibited. DistriNow reserves the right to reject or remove any content at its sole discretion without prior notice.

7. Termination

You may terminate your distribution agreement at any time by contacting support. DistriNow also reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account in case of breach of these terms or misuse of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

DistriNow may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Users will be notified of major updates via email or platform notifications.

9. Governing Law
